Sometimes we lack that bit of magic to score a goal when the game is tied or in the balance. THATS why we lost the league last year. No magic.

We should have tried to get someone like that who can change the whole game with one bit of magic/skill. Real have like 5 players who can.

Used to be Cantona, sometimes Giggs, but he isnt in that league anymore. Veron isnt producing it and he isnt capable of that kind of skill it seems, patience has grown thin with him. We need a Zidane/Gazza/Rivaldo etc

Joe Cole wud be nice.

Pointless topic really as we can't sign anyone now.

From what I heard, United did create alot of chances it was just the finishing that was poor.

I guess so.

Still worried about how we failed to kill em off and then failed to fight back effectively.

Squad is messed up. We're low on players in every single position it seems.

Yeh all posts are pointless really aint they?

SOrry. Didn't mean it to sound the way it did.

Just that the transfer deadline has gone so the best we can do is look at the positives, as concentrating on the negatives is pointless.

There's nothing seriously wrong with an away draw at Sunderland at this stage of the season.

Last season's problems were too many home defeats, and a poor set of results agst the other top sides. The next match vs Middsbro will be a better guide as to whether we can look forward to a better season.

It has become obvious that lack of speed and dribbling skill is a big weakness of our attack. Giggs used to be our only dribblers, but even he is slowing down every year and today he failed whenever he wanted to dribble the ball. Now the transfer deadline has passed, we have a lot of injury and Keane is going to be suspended, I hope Fergie can give a chance to some youngsters, such as Chadwick or even Richardson.
