FA Cup 24/25 | 3rd round: 9th-13th January

That was a blatant foul by Burgvall

Then Son gets one that Spurs score from bull shit.

Conference - near the top, I think they just missed out on play offs that season. And it should be added that we fielded a really weakened side in that game: Howard, Phil Neville, Brown, Pique, Spector,Eagles (Ronaldo 63), Djemba-Djemba, Jones, Miller (Scholes 63),Bellion (Smith 76), Richardson

Feeeeck. That side.

Pretty sure you also drew 0-0 to Burton when they were non league.

Completely forgot about this. That was probably worse than the exeter result looking at the team (Howard, Brown, Pique, Silvestre, Bardsley, O'Shea, Jones, Richardson, Solskjaer (Ronaldo 59), Saha, Rossi (Rooney 58).

Should have been enough firepower to burst the tyres at the pirelli

This game is fascinating. It’s embarrassing for Spurs, but I can also understand why they’re struggling to play their game.

Just when you needed VAR....Solanke was expecting to be flagged then.

Looks like an O.G aswell.

The ref is trying to help Spurs out too much, there have been plenty of almost identical fouls that weren't given the other way.

Aye... There was a decision towards the end of normal time where the Spurs defender was ragging around the Tamworth forward by his shirt, as soon as the Tamworth player grabbed him back he gave a Spurs foul.

Looking at that replay of the penalty incident: he's clearly pushed him and not made any attempt to play the ball. You can't just push players off the ball from behind like that.

One of those annoying ones that should be given, but never gets given. 100% a penalty.

It's shite losing in ET for lower teams. They e expended energy on a longer game, with a smaller less unconditioned squad who will have to play again soon. It's a double punishment for them in a way

And ?

2-0

Yep part timers should have the same fitness levels as international standard athletes.

You do know all of these Tamworth players hold down full time jobs. The long throw guy was up at 5am this week to deliver food in his van.

Yep, they fully deserved a replay but I'm afraid with the expanded group stage for European competitions there simply isn't a midweek to play it.

Just switched over to the Arsenal game, I presume the white kit is in support of knife amnesty campaign?

That doesn't stop them going direct and get some numbers up top.

But they did? That LW first half gave Porro more issues than a few wide players in prem do and had a good shot after 30 seconds.

Incredible if you genuinely think a side four divisions below Spurs should open them up regularly with passages of play. They played it exactly how they needed to and were actually comfortable for large parts when defending.
