FA Cup 24/25 | 3rd round: 9th-13th January

Is Amad injured or just being rested today?

He's an obvious one to bring on now with the match situation.

That red card has changed the game. Will probably cost United the tie.

Gabriel could well finish the season Arsenal's top scorer.

This United keeper is shaky as feck. Nothing he does fills you with confidence.

Arsenal get so many 50/50s given for them at the Emirates, never a penalty.

Merino must be the least Spanish footballer I’ve ever seen. I’m amazed he got minutes at the Euros.

Thats not a fecking pen. jesus.
If thats a pen, footballs a non-contact sport.

Yeah little stuff like tussles on a halfway line between defender and attacker and they pretty much always get the call so that helps them continue to build up pressure and away side can't get out and up the pitch.

Maguire one wasn't even a 50/50 call, I take your point.

Definitely. Aided by shocking playacting. Like that Saliba one.

Imagine being Havertz and having a son one day. Having to explain that  christ the game's gone

Terrible, terrible reffing throughout this game. Complete homer. The red was absolutely a red, but all the rest has been bullshit.

Definitely feels like all the little borderline decisions have gone Arsenals way.

Has single-handedly kept United in the game since I said this
You're right in fairness, up until today and the pen save, pretty much any Utd fan would've said the same. He'd been fairly decent in general today, and then the pen save and the one just after, it's been a vert good game overall from him.
