My workplace is full of actual dinosaurs with little ability on a computer and so for years now I've run a competition for them linked to The Sun but using an excel document sourcing the website. The idea is that they just submit the 11 players they want to me by the stated deadline the day before the season/tournament starts for me to enter into the excel document, avoiding the need for them to sign up and submit teams online. Everything is shown in a Facebook group with a secret privacy setting with daily updates. To try and meet a balance between those that can't be bothered messing with their teams and those that want some interaction, we have one "transfer window" in the 2 days between the final group stage and first knockout game where everybody can submit 3 player changes, which are again shown to the whole group before games start. We usually get 60+ players and at £10 per team (bank transfer/paypal etc) it is a worthwhile prize pot if anybody is interested in joining the more the merrier and just PM me. I've had people from Redcafe joining the group in the past when I was active on here and so thought I'd have a look here again. I can either add you to the Facebook group or if you would prefer me to email/private message updates I wouldn't mind doing that in bulk.
