Enjoyable day

Met up with andy and andy, had a few beers with them at the tollgate and watched a reasonable game of football, better than villa 2 weeks before...

all in all a good day out.

I went, have to say I was glad it didn't reach extra time. Bit of banter with a few Leicester fans on the metro on the way home. Good to see Richardson get his goal,looks like a good lad. Not sure about Nardiello though, he did OK but looked a bit overawed by it all.

Yep, I was there, in K Lower. It was good to get a look at some of the reserve and young players. Nardillo (sp?) looks promising. Got into some good positions but gets pushed off the ball too easily - needs to gain some strength. As for Richardson - I wish SAF had played him from the start. He did in 15 mins what Fortune couldn't in the whole game, plus very well taken goal. Carroll had a very good game too - made an excellent save from Dickhead right in front of us.

All in all, a good night and nearly 50,000 for a Worthless Cup game isn't bad.
