This will be another huge emarresment. What a shambles England are in just efore the start of the Ashes. The ECB couldn't have planned it any worse if they tried to.

I think England will come out on top. I'm not sure if 20 wickets are possible on this pitch, but West Indies are having a lot of problems with their team. England have made the sensible move choosing Bopara at number 3. He's a very good batsman.

96-3, KP out for a duck.

114-4

Maybe I should've been a bit more cautious with my prediction seeing that it was England

All credit to Bopara and Swann.

Their batting has sen us to 377 all out which considering where we were, is not too shabby.

Heh.

75/4

How shit are West Indies? All out in 32 overs in first innings. Almost half the team gone in 25 overs in this.

Match could've been over in 2 days if not for bad light.

Had they not dropped so many catches it may have been a different story. Anyway chuffed to bits with the result. The windies are going through a transitional period right now and they're still winning matches. They'll be strong in a few years, no doubt about it.

Bopara's pretty much made a large stake for the no.3 spot now for the ashes, lets hope he keeps this up. A great composed first innings from him and just what we'll need from any no.3 against the aussies. We need to keep it up now. Onions was great but I really don't think he's ready for something as big as the ashes just yet.
