We looked so good in the first half, finally a good centre pairing, didnt take our chances. Pathetic second half, Johny just didnt controll anything.

David Strettle started, made an amazing run but then got injured and had to go off quite early. Lesley Vainikolo came on, when he got the ball he looked dangerous, but in the second half we screwed it up and he hardly got a look in.

Toby flood was good in the centre with Tindall aswell.

Saw that run by Strettle. fecking amazing stuff. This Vainikolo guy, surely a Pacific Islander?? Was funny when he went diving in into a tackle, flying into one as a matter of fact but Mark Jones ducked and he was left sprawling.

Matthew Tait looked impressive in the RWC, surprised he didn't play.
 
watched the Eng/Wales game yesterday on tape delay. what the fcuk happened to ENG? they couldn't do anything in the 2nd half. they were up 19-6 at one point and self destructed.
that's a tough loss for them, be interesting to see if they can come back from it.

glad for the Taffs though, they worked hard and found a way to win.

on the other side: Ire looked weak against Italy. shades of the last WC....
they need a kick up the arse big time.

After watching the Ireland and France games this week, France are going to demolish Ireland on Saturday.
 
maybe, fortunately I have to attend a memorial service at the same time so I save myself $20 to watch it live.
may watch the rerun later on - though I'm not expecting a great Ireland performance. On the plus side I won't be too disappointed, whatever happens.
 
That wouldn't bother me at all.
Of course they have get by France 1st. They should be able to beat Ireland especially if they play up and Ireland play the way they have been.
