was a crap match...60 for 1 in 10 overs..cruising... and suddenly they get a rush of blood...

Ganguly getting out to the hook shot...one again. Teams all over the world know its his weakness...and he continues to play into their hands... either he should learn how to play that shot or he shouldnt play it at all.

Dravid....another poor shot..we didnt even need to slog...

Yuvraj..this ones the best..four wickets down and in need of consolidation...and he goes and gets himself run out.

There is a serious lack of confidence in this team... Without sachin even our all dependable batting line-up seems fragile. Its not just his runs...we just seem to miss his presence...even during fielding... And i wont be surprised if we lose this 3-0... There are rumours that he may miss the champions trophy as well... :nervous:

Honestly cant see it...we are so low on confidence its unbelievable. We need sachin back...i know it soudns like im making excuses but its infact a critisism that one man is so important to a team. But its always been that way.. wheather its his runs or his presence.

Sunil Gavasker was saying the same thing on his commentary for Sky Sports... That the Indian team perform betrter with Sachin simply because of the extra confidence they derive from his prescence.

Still Balaji bowled well, Kaif batted well under pressure and Yuvraj was exceptional in the field. Plenty of positives for India to take into the rest of the series and the ICC...

Dont worry , its gonna end 2-1 in our favor.
 
2-0...will soon be 3-0 as i predicted. Not a surprise really.

Now for the big thing... all of this was a buildup to the ICC champions trophy. And if sachin isnt back i again cant see us doing what we did last year.. if he does come back youl see the difference...if not ..then im afraid sadly wel continue to put in embarrising performances like todays.

Consolation victory for India on a very accommodating pitch provided by the hosts. Looking forward to India returning the favour and providing fast, bouncy pitches when we tour there!

hehe yeah right thats gonna happen arnie. When you come to india look forward to harbhajan and kumble spinning rings around your batsmen. And Harmison will be lucky if he gets a ball above shoulder height.

As for the game, good to see Ganguly so determined to turn in a good performance. He led from the front. Bowling was superb. harbhajan really is in good form.

Still many things need to be sorted though, Sehwag and Laxmans form. And ofcourse the running btw the wickets, which is just shocking right now....
