Emmys are slowly starting to save face again, slowly.

As much as I love Boardwalk I never thought Buscemi was that impressive...he's a good actor but he's just playing the same character he has for years. Dinklage should easily win best supporting actor.

Snubs for Sean Bean and Community. Otherwise decent list.

Are Nurse Jackie and The Big C actually comedies? I've only seen an episode of each but they seemed more drama with a tinge of comedy to me.

Great to see Walton Goggins nominated, Boyd Crowder is one of the best characters on TV.

Ron Swanson has been robbed though!

Not enough Breaking Bad in that list.

Because season 4 is starting later than usual...season 3 was rewarded last year.

I thought it was a bit shit. Cliche characters and Buscemi cannot act in a lead role.

It'll wipe everything up though, of course, breaking the Mad Men trend (which is still the best show on tv)

I hope Ty Burrell takes best supporting actor, the best character in Modern Family which has a lot of great characters.

Game of Thrones to take the main one.

Parks and Rec for outstanding comedy although Community should have at least got a nomination{not one nom in any category??}.

Amy Poehler again for Parks and Recreation, she ties the whole show together, loveable but importantly not too cheesy. Really has formed a well rounded character compared to season one.

Dinklage was excellent but I haven't seen much of the others to be fair.

Maybe Sofia Vergara for being very sexy and fairly funny too.

I would have given nominations to Joffrey in GOT, someone from Community and Aziz Ansari or Nick Offerman from Parks and Rec.

Dont often agree with ya but i thought it was shit aswell.. the only good parts involved Jimmy & Al, and there wasnt a helluva lot of that compared to Nucky & that annoyin cnut Mrs fecking Schroeder

Folk were comparin the show to the Soprano's - only back in the day with class. It hasnt a patch on Soprano's. The story-lines are made for middle/upper-class American audiences & i had to drag me arse through that whole series waitin for some great shit to happen, but had to settle with high-rollers, politics, dress-shops, some French ignorant dress-shop owner that could be a bloke and that fecking assfaced twat that bursts into song about some bollox - thinkin its funny & everyone in the scene thinkin its funny aswell...

The next series better focus more on the hard-line & thats Al & Jimmy, the best part about the show!

Do people really take the Big Bang Theory seriously?...I mean, it's vaguely chucklesome in a hungover sunday watching shite TV sort of a way, but it's not a fecking award winning show. It's hardly in the same league as Parks & Rec and Modern Family...And Glee isn't a comedy. In fact it's barely a knowing parody anymore, it's just a Disney "hey guys, feel good, woo!!" show.

I hope The Game of Thrones and Peter Dinklage take out their respective categories' trophies.

Parks and Rec for outstanding comedy although Community should have at least got a nomination{not one nom in any category??}.

.

I thought Community was terrible this season. The high concept stuff and fantasy sequences are fecking awful.

I watched all of Community in one go so it may be muddled a bit but I usually like shows the more I get to know the characters. I always completely skip any musical/cartoon/puppet/artistic type episodes no matter what series I'm watching because they are always crap and they can taint a show big time for me. Anyway Allison Brie deserves an Emmy for being Allison Brie.

If I was to bet I'd say Laura Linney will win best actress, Cancer, comedy and an Oscar winner to boot.

It was fine, but bits of it were just completely daft. Mainly that bit where a black business man tortures a klansman with the permission of the atlantic city cops.....Yeahhhhhhh, scrubbing up parts of your history America?

Comedy ones are pointless while they completely ignore the funniest show on America tv every year, being Sunny of course. Need to recognize more British shows too, Peep Show deserves it already.

Modern family does have me in stitches espeically Cam

Cam and Phil are fantastic.

I don't know why Ty Burrell is in the supporting character though. Modern Family has a big cast but he's definitely the lead in it.

Him and Jesse Tyler Ferguson should both be winning.

Actually, where the feck is Ted Danson? He is absolutely hilarious in Bored to Death

Boyd Crowder. He absolutely deserves to win it. He's been brilliant! I hope Justified gets some awards.

Emmys are slowly starting to save face again, slowly.

Not seen all but those are my choices.

Big Bang Theory's latest season is the worst I've seen in the series. Priya makes me sick.

What? It was probably the best!

And yes Priya is pretty annoying.

No it's not. I couldn't stand Priya. I enjoyed the season until Priya appeared. I don't care for her at all. Got to admit, the episode where Sheldon dresses up as The Flash was epic comedy.

Game of Thrones will win won't it?

Haven't seen broadwalk empire yet though, gonna have to be good to top GOT though.

Yes that episode was amazing stuff.

Sheldon's had his best season on the show. He just never failed to be funny this season
