Has Elvis been banned again? If so, how long for?

Also, could we have a banning sticky or something to ask these questions, because although we don't have to be given a reason why posters are banned, it'd be helpful to have one place to ask rather than confusion over where to start a thread.

There will be no banning sticky as we're not in the business of spending time explaining bannings. If someone is banned, they generally receive a note explaining why and for how long.

The banning was for the use of the word "Spic".

It has racist connotations and considered to be the hispanic equivalent of of the N word. As posters on a forum with a global reach such as the Caf we need to be aware of different cultural sensitivities.
