We need more Luigi’s.If it's led by the likes of Musk, no. We are cooked.

He is now after Asmongold because he covered the boosted PoE2 account malarkey.
You all laugh but only a genius would be able to have enough time to play hours of video games and post memes on Twitter all day, whilst simultaneously inventing electric cars, brain chips and space travel.
There was a tweet earlier, after Musk pretended he understood Linux commands to make a joke, where someone said something along the lines of "Musk said something technical about cars and everyone called him a genius, I know nothing about cars so I assumed they were right. Musk said something technical about rockets and everyone called him a genius, I know nothing about rockets do I assumed they were right. Musk said something technical about computer science and everyone called him a genius. I know enough about computer science to tell that Musk is full of shit."And being a scientist and being a programmer and being a mechanic and being my dad

He is definitely one of those "Big Ideas" people. He charges into a room, shouts "GO TO MARS!" and that's it. He goes back to giggling at memes. Other people, people with actual brains, extrapolate that into something feasible, scope it, design it, test it, implement it, refine it. Musk stands on stage with the finished article and everyone fawns over him as if he just magically shat it out all by himself.I was always skeptical of the dude but that tweet confirmed all my doubts. Paypal was probably done by everyone but him.

And being a wonderful father, naturally. While shitposting 18 hours a day
When you have 800 IQ you only need 10 seconds per kid per day to be a wonderful parent. And being a wonderful father, naturally.
This seems to be some inside baseball streamer nerd drama that I'm not totally up on, however what is painfully clear is that Elon Musk doesn't understand language and in this specific instance he doesn't understand what the word "editors" means, that it might have different meanings in different industries, contexts and when used in general speech.
How the feck can one person be so lacking in even a basic understanding of language, communication, comprehension and also have such a hollow grasp of anything he turns his attention to whether that be culture, art, philosophy. I know idiots, I'm an idiot but this guy is a special kind of idiot.
As I've said before, above all else Elon is a lazy, unthinking slob.
Nini Nana, Revan, Sammsky come get your dad he's fecking up again.

I had the exact same thought and I saw Quin69 make a similar observation, it's at a point where I wonder if he isn't a bit slow and it's actually wrong to ridicule him.
It's also something that reminded me what a teacher told us at Uni, basically some of the stupidest people he met were students or teachers that were somehow academically successfully, they somehow manage to understand how to get good grades but have little understanding of the topics they "studied" and it became obvious whenever they had to converse casually about these topics or anything else.
It’s not that. He’s misunderstood video editor for newspaper editor, and thought that meant the streamer guy was scripted.
How can the head of a social media company not know that videos are edited? It’s not that. He’s misunderstood video editor for newspaper editor, and thought that meant the streamer guy was scripted.
That is something an idiot would do.It’s not that. He’s misunderstood video editor for newspaper editor, and thought that meant the streamer guy was scripted.
You say that but his mum says he's really smart, so neeehhhhhhhhhh. That is something an idiot would do.

I think you might be right on both counts regarding her son's main issues. She also allegedly think that calling wealthy is degrading. She is likely the source of her son's dumb dumb brain and petite popol. Hawheehaw I am so french
He was clearly full of shit during the Elden Ring phase, let alone something far deeper and more involved. The interesting thing about the gaming stuff, for me anyway, is that it's yet another rather large group of people now realising what he really is. And a group that traditionally backed him to the hilt, no less.
Imagine if/when he makes a fool of himself in front of the crypto-bros
On a sidenote I thought that Sungrand take was interesting, I didn't think about the fact that Musk could have tried to bamboozle some investors but didn't realize that he couldn't trick actual gamers.
That's because most of those types of gamers are weird nerds that will disbelieve most things straight off the bat, especially if it involves someone else doing something they can't do. Completely different to the circle jerk con that is corporate business. It says a lot that gamers are probably more skeptical than the huge finance companies backing him. Anyone who helped him buy twitter has lost half their money and it was clear as day that the entire thing was idiotic yet they still paid billions for it. He tried to fool gamers and they didn't buy it despite not being asked for a penny.
The people that backed him to buy Twitter didn’t expect to make any money out of Twitter. They expected to get Trump elected amongst other election interferences and the payoff for that will make the few billions they dropped into Twitter seem like chicken feed.It says a lot that gamers are probably more skeptical than the huge finance companies backing him. Weird gamer alert. What a load of tosh, it’s because they know and understand their trade and it’s not possible.
I mean if you have actually played any of these games you would know instantly that elons so called achievements were a straight lie, physically impossible.
The real reason gamers saw past the bullshit isn't some magical power, it's literally because the game he was playing, as well as Diablo IV, required such a huge time sink in order to be at the level he claimed that with everything he does, including hundreds of tweets and replies daily, was impossible to achieve. It was just common sense to people who know video games.Weird gamer alert.
My point is pretty clear, the people Musk makes money for in business know what a house of cards the shit he's involved in is, they just don't care because they're making money from it. They aren't being duped and gamers are some elite clique that can magically see past bullshit nobody else can.

Did a gamer hurt you in some way? Because you don't seem to like them that much.
There's nothing magic about noticing that someone clearly isn't an expert, let alone in this case where he apparently hasn't a clue how to play a game, if you've spent anytime at all playing it.
That's one of the feckin points I'm making, lads
The original post I quoted made it seem like gamers were some special crew nobody could fool when compared to successful business people, I was simply saying they are natural cynics for the most part, and it wasn't very hard to see what he was at vs. the business people not really giving a shit about the bullshit he gets up to because they profit from it.
I was a gamer for ages and have nothing against gaming. A lot of hardcore PC gamers are absolute oddballs, though.
Nor can I skip Musk’s clear desperation, even as he holds this much wealth and power in his hands, to be thought of as cool. There are endless examples of him embarrassing himself while attempting to be funny or to gain respect. Unfortunately, while you may be able to buy power, it’s impossible to buy a good personality. Watching his Nigel-no-friends attempts to be popular, his endless pathetic tweets that read as though they come from the brain of an 11-year-old poser, has made me start to believe we should bring back bullying. If yet another humiliating report in the last couple of days is to be believed, he appears even to have lost the respect of some of his gamer audience, who the report claims suspect that he may have been lying about his achievements in hardcore gaming (cursed sentence).
Zuckerberg is a different kind of cringe – but cringe all the same. His cringe moments drip through more sparingly but, when they do, my body tries to turn inside out at my bellybutton. His physical makeover for Maga reasons, performing music because no one will stop him, trying to look cool on a surfboard – all these are extremely difficult to watch. He has been trying to suck up to Trump, going on Joe Rogan’s show to say society has been “neutered” and companies need “more masculine energy”.
Welcome to my brain.Fair enough mate. It was hard to figure out what you were saying
Musk chimes in.
