Not* to be pedantic but Liberalism is traditionally centrist - left socially, right economically. It’s the Americans shifting of the Overton window that has somehow put liberalism in the same frame as communism. Leftcafe is a much more accurate label anyway.

In Norway the social-liberal Venstre ("Left") and the conservative Høyre ("Right") have been the closest of partners since WW2.
