EFL Cup 24/25 Semi-Finals

How do we already see the offside result on screen while it takes the ref another minute?

That VAR call is a joke. The offside is invisible

It’s totally against the spirit of the law

They've been busting to use that announcement bollocks. It's offside, there's no explanation needed surely?

What's the added benefit of him saying, duuuh sooo, he was offside so it's offside okay, offside.

When the hell did they start using microphones? I thought the sound guy had fecked up for a minute!

Why have they given refs a mic now! Mike Oliver is gonna love this

I don’t see how they could have possibly give it as offside, didn’t they change the rules to give an attacker the benefit of doubt if you can’t easily determine with VAR?

Since we're the NFL now they need to start changing how they calculate added time.

Is the ref speaking on the mic happening all the time now? For prem games

I am pretty sure they used Arnold's foot as reference point instead of his shoulder that was closer to the goal. It was probably offside but no way they can prove it, the line was bollocks. What a shite technology this is, all those millions and they still make subjective decisions.

That was complete rubbish and against the spirit of the game
