EFL Cup 24/25 Semi-Finals

Lucas Bergball had two trials at Manchester United. Too bad we could not see his talent good clear enough.
yeah we could have had half of the swedish a-team here with a little better "scouting"... I honestly think Kulusevski should have been almost apprechiated up to the level as Keene, Scholes for his "fighting spirit" mindset..

We also drop points when we beat you as well. Won 3-0 earlier in the season, then followed that with a 1-0 loss to Forest. Beat you 7-0, then lost 1-0 at Bournemouth.

Just had to bring that up, didn't you. I need to devise coping mechanisms for that score, you lot are going to find ways to link everything in the universe to it.

The way I have always interpreted is that if the referee deems it a second yellow, i.e., a sending off, he cannot play an advantage, and should simply stop the game and send the player off. By playing advantage, the ref is effectively saying he doesn’t believe the foul deserved a yellow card.

That's definitely the rule. I've seen that at least 10 times this season already.

I really don't understand where this new rules has come from. News to me.

If you have to analyse it this closely just give the goal

They've given offside, obviously we haven't seen the lines yet. But Isak was looking across the line and could have held his run a little better.

These announcements are so pointless - you can tell the decision before they turn the mic on.

If they are going to do announcements it should be whilst the game stops, and they are doing the review, that is normally when everyone in the ground is asking - ‘what’s he stopped the game for?’

Thank God the ref told us what the offence was. I was so confused, thought maybe there was a holding call somewhere.

Definitely. Say what the check is for. Then announce the decision when made.

A Newcastle win would be nice so we can get them vs Spurs hopefully in the final. Two teams allergic to winning trophies would be fun.

I would hate to report some rivers for tonights game but if that's what I have to do, DM me please.

Well that's over now. Newcastle vs Liverpool in the final. Going to be some game.
