how legal is that on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is illegal and 10 is legal?
The software? 10. You can use the software to help you do illegal things, but the software itself isn't illegal. You can also do some very heinous and untoward things with a hard black banana or a chihuahua, but they persist to remain and make a mockery of our 'civilised society'.
