Got a new delivery of DVD's today. Would welcome some comments on what is shite, and what isn't.

Roughly:

Invictus: Not bad, but 30 minutes too long! Freeman was good.
Iron Man 2: Above average for a super hero film. Wasted Mickey Rourke though.

A Single Man: Not seen.
Disappearance of Alice Creed: Not Seen
Men Who Stare At Goats: Quirky film, I enjoyed it but lots wouldn't.
Youth in Revolt: Pretty poor.
Funny People: Quite good, suffers from the usual Apatow trait of being too long.
 
Iron Man 2 had much more potential. They messed about too much, Mickey plays a Russian dude :rolleyes:
Men Who Stare at Goats is just shit, no proper story to follow. Just a bunch of delusional soldiers thinking they're psychic.
Funny People is really funny. First time I saw it I was in stitches. Sandler and Rogen play off each other well. Bit too long though, towards the end the jokes dry up and the serious bits start to get more developed
