DVD burning software??

Dear Dr Computer
Just bought a LG external multi DVD rewriter.
Apologies for being a bit dim but what is the best software out there (preferably free) for burning all my (ahem!) torrented files etc onto a DVD format that I can put in the DVD player and watch on my Tele....thanks in advance.

Usually use Nero for other stuff.
