How come there's a time of 5 minutes between each post? This is crap. I demand this rule abolished. Either that or ban noodle.

30 seconds is the delay I believe.
30 seconds? I got a 5 minute delay yesterday! And I'm not talking about the delay between each post, because that is 30 seconds. I'm talking about the delay between each duplicate post, meaning if I post a "No", I'll have to wait another 5 minutes before I can post the exact same thing (kind of like spamming
