Hey again I dont know if everyone agrees with me on this one but these 2 players are fecking class. However main objective in the summer will be to sure up the defense and maybe replace barthez( got a feeling he will leave ) Personally I think Sir Alex will buy steve finnian from Fulham for about 7 mill maybe less, then a top center half possibly Hofland even though he looks no better than Wes to me, in my opinion i would prefer somone like Nesta/Ayala etc because of there vast experience. However onto the Duff situation i personally would prefer d'lassandro(sorry for the spelling its all wrong :( ) because i think he would be the kinda player that could maybe blossim into a player of zidane/giggs/rivaldos quality and i think duff would be no more than excellent cover for giggs.
 
I would prefer Joe Cole. Let Giggs have his wide role back and put Cole there, or put Cole out wide if you want. 2 years ago I said this guy was teh next Zidane, maybe not quite jus yet but he is an absolutely great player and has a great attitude too. Hope he kicks Arsenal's ass.

As with Rio, leaving West Ham will only help him blossom. Fergie likesthis kid, I hope he goes for the swoop this summer.
 
yeah apparantly even before Joe Cole made his debut in the prem, sir alex always said to harry redknap and i quote " so howz that joe cole coming alone then" so he does have an interest in him but whether he will do anything about it is debatable i would love to see joe in a utd shirt and i think Alex would also want this.
 
I dont think Joe Cole has quite blossomed the way everyone had hoped he would. Possibly due to the last injury he had. For someone of his talent he should be creating AND scoring more goals than he is. Good player, good tricks but as his teachers report would probably say 'could do better'
 
I love Joe Cole. I Love D'allesandro most. I know or a fact unoted tried to sign cole before he went to West Ham and will again. But this summer i would prefer us to get D'allesandro or even both. Cole can make a brilliant left winger while D'allesandro can be turned into the next Otrega/Rivaldo/Giggs. A half nine that can score goals and be deployed in midfield if needed. I say Fergie should buy both in the summer, a centerback, a left back, and Enke to back up Barthexz and Caroll! ;)
