No word on them coming to the UK yet.

You wouldnt really have to import one from the US as some sellers on Amazon have them in the UK, and as far as I know they are region-free so you should have no problems with one of them.

I imported mine from Japan about 5 months ago, got it for £35 and works fine with my UK PS3.
