"Veron was a flop in the first half. He was totally marked out of the game by the England midfield where he was up against several of his teammates. Veron is not very popular among the Man Utd fans as he has failed to live up to his enormous price-tag"


I definately don't like this kid's mentality. He has been criticized for his attitude and I can see why. I'm sure SAF will have a word with him over this one.

this kid cracks me up ..... at the start of last season he said he would be "going to war" with GIGGS as they would be playing in the same position. Nice one mate, so how many times did you battle ryan out of his place???

He is a regular guest on Swedish channel 4 every night to comment on WC issues, and I must say he is such an irritating bigmouth. Always complaining about different players & teams, he comes across as very immature for his age. The guy is 19 and should start acting like an adult soon.

He didn't say that us supporters hate him, he's said that he's not very popular - and compared to most players in the team, he ain't..

bullshit, i saw the tv program,

He said he hopes Veron does well because the English press have been on his back, he also said he was an amazing player.

He's speaking his mind. Like Keane did.

I know there's a world of difference between them, but he should still be allowed his opinion. And he's not far off the truth.

Keanoe didn't hurt anyone by saying his oppinion, but how would you feel, if you were in Veron's shoes?? - There's some things you can say out loud, and then there's some things you keep to yourself! - And Djordic should have kept this to himself (at least while they're teammates!).

People seldom start acting like adults at 19. Beckham was 23 in the last World Cup and still not acting like an adult. Maybe United should take more responsibility for looking after the kids they take away from their parents and their home country at the age of 16. And maybe enforce clearer rules as to who's allowed to talk to the media when.
