Dizzee Rascal & Calvin Harris - Dance wiv me

Just heard it on the radio, good tune.

If anyone actually cares, here is the song (albeit, the sound quality is quite poor)

You like Tim Westwood Sam?

The 50 year old white man, who thinks he's a 20yr old a black man?

Can't say I've ever listed to one his shows, although, from watching 'pimp my ride', he seems like a bit of a tosser.

Thats the one. You got the general summary of the man spot on. Its just when i hear Dizzie rascal it reminds me of the sort of shit Westwood play's and says.

And anyway, im more of a lethal bizzle fan.

Official UK Top 40

1) Dizzee Rascal and Calvin Harris - Dance Wiv Me
2) Ne-Yo - Closer
3) Basshunter - All I Ever Wanted

not my kind of music (Proper Rap/Hip-Hop fan), sounds too commercial for my liking, beats a bit shit.

BaldwinLegend I wish you would just come out and say you dislike rap music etc instead of talking utter bollocks.

Pretty average tbh.
I do like his cover of a Ting Tings track though, not a big fan of either act but I thought this was pretty good.

Best thing Dizzee has been associated with was that bootleg mash up of his song Fix Up Look Sharp and LFO's Freak

He's just a raaassscccaaaalllllll ...... Dizzee Rascal...

I can't stand Dizzee Rascal.

His voice makes my head hurt and I can hardly understand a word of what he's saying!

'Pimp My Ride' was really the first time I heard of Westwood and he came a cross as a proper spazzer to me too.

The weird thing is that he seems very respected in the hip-hop scene. And I'm not only talking about the British...

Guys like Lupe Fiasco gives him praise as well, so he must have done/be doing something right...

I used to listen to Tim 'drop the bomb' Westwood back in the day before all the pimp my ride stuff. Not listened to him in the last few years, apart from once or twice, he's changed a bit and is annoying now.

He has a long history with a lot of artists and he aired there stuff in the UK back in the day on big radio stations (CapitalFM or ChoiceFM and then onto Radio 1) which not many people did on such a level - taking stuff from US (Funkmaster Flex) into the UK. I didn't really think much of his personality back in the day and he was one of the few who helped bring music over, personally for me as well. That is probably why.

Plus being a big DJ in the country and winning a few MOBO DJ awards and saying stuff like this in his voice ....

"EGGGGZZZZAAAACCCTTTLLLYYY"

If i'm being honest, i don't mind this track. Not really my type of music, though.

Just discovered this little tune...

Never really listed too much Dizzee before. But me like this.

I don't have any of his albums or owt but I think that was one of his early ones, around the same time as that 'Just a Rascal' and 'Fix Up Look Sharp' or summut.

Have you heard his recent one - Flex?

Was brilliant at Reading and Leeds over the weekend.

My cousin, who likes the TOTAL opposite music comes home and says 'Dizzee was amazing!'

Yeh DIZZEE was very good at reading. I was right at the front when he was on. He was nearly as good as Bizzle.

Rage and Bullet were the best though.

Dizzee's brilliant. Fix Up Look Sharp is just a basic drum beat with his lyrics and it's fantastic, just shows how good he is. Looked good at Reading, hopefully I'll catch him at the Warehouse Project in October.
