If they're new, they're probably not very good. And The Killers are tripe. Lead singer is a Mormon...how can someone who hasn't experienced sex, drugs and more drugs be any good at music?
 
They're a great band, not at that like The Killers really though, closer to a slightly more catchy Interpol crossed with The Editors with a bit of The Strokes.

Average to say thine least GB. They have been floating about for a while now signed to Universal me thinks. Played a few gigs with em a while back. Most of them dont even speak to you bar the drummer he's a bang on chap hyper as feck. Had a good session with him in Cork actually :rolleyes:

Yeah man called the Chakras - Supported the lads on a tour a good while back the drummer is fecking sound as. The rest seem to just skulk away onto their laptops and do nout backstage - me and the boys usually end up being fecking planxtied after a gig. The cork gig with Director ended up with me almost drowning in the River thats runs through cork at about 5 in the morning

Serious? I've seen you before, in the village I think it was, last year, you're really good. Rainclouds, that was you wasn't it? Good song. You're recording an album or something last I heard? How's it going?

Yeah that be us alright jesus raincloud poor song to be judging us on thats our really old stuff. Our tunes now are away from that stuff that was real pop orientated good song but drove us crazy playing it. That would have been one of the last few gigs we've played we've taken alot time of time out from gigging to work on the material for the album.

The album is going well at the minute only have a couple of tunes from it down. Heading back to London in about 2 weeks to do a few more for it with the Producer our Manager got us (Legend). We cant do it all in one go so we head over to london do a few tunes come back and then get the next few songs ready and head back over. Tough going but nout can be done until one of the labels or publishers out there front us some eurons so we can pack in the day jobs............

Jesus did'nt think anyone from this site would have seen us play before ....... small feckin world

Sounds good, just looked at the myspace, and your site. Seems like it's going well for ye. Loving Build Me A Swan and Shooting High, I must add ye on myspace, presume ye put news of gigs/releases etc up there?

Yeah, raincloud was the one I remember cos of the video, which was really cool btw. I actually just remembered I may also have seen you in The Sugar Club aswell, supporting the Delorentos maybe? At this point maybe I should say I'm not a stalker:)

Ye we throw a few bits up on to myspace to keep people posted on whats happening. Thats right we supported Delaranties in that hell hole known as the sugar club. Well if we do get off our asses hopefully it will be to play gig or two im feckin foaming at the mouth for a few gigs. Chances are it will be after the summer though before we venture near anything like that. It tough breakign in the drummer aswel as we've had a change of personnel in that department but its getting there

I heard today on Phantom that the album is coming out soon and that they should be playing a few new tracks tonight at Phantoms First Friday.

I think they won battle of the bands in UCD and that's where they started from, so they have done pretty well so far.

We Thrive on Big Cities was a great album with very catchy rifts throughout. Here is their myspace for anyone who wants to check them out

I was on nitelink home wit him a week or two back. Absolute wanker. To be fair he probably thinks the same of me, we gave him a fair bit of abuse. Anyway I was actually looking for a Delorentos thread, carry on.
 
They'd be doing the world a great service. One semi decent tune in Reconnect. Shockingly poor apart from that.

Don't get me started on this Chakras lot.
