After what fergie said today ...i think he will make a move for him again in the summer.Would be a great buy..........

He certainly would be a good buy.

He is cheap and effective, and his passionate play and flair would make him an instant favourite with the fans and players.

He would only cost 3m, and has a good 2-4 years left on him. His style of play would also suit us - a Cantona-Sheringham type player.

is he any good in the air, cus i get the feeling tha is only the attribute he misses, we really need someone to dominate the air like sheringham

I would think he's almost a certainty to be @ OT next season, west ham have said they are prepared to sell him at the £2mill mark (a good price in my opnion) he has another 2 seasons in him and would love the OT stage. He plays in that link role if we are going to persist in the 4-4-1-1 formation and he would be used in effective rotation with ole, which would keep both of them sweet.

A definate must in my opinion, more realistic than ronaldo or crespo or which ever other big name strikers we've linked with and of course anelka who's career is about to hit the ultimate low when he joins them! oh dear!

I agree, I think DiCanio would love playing for United just like Cantona did and he would have a whole lot less issues than Ronaldo etc.

I hope we do get him, he's be ideal as the link man, and that spark of genius up front that can unlock defense's like poo's.

didn't DI CANIO get a cruciate knee ligament injury at the end o the season ???

if so then sme problems may arrive - fitness, is he injury free its a serious injury and at his age ....
