Unlikely to make it at United. He's had a very good season though, he's really matured over the past year.

He didn't really impress at U18 level.

He's a pretty well rounded midfielder. Athletic and comfortable enough on the ball.
 
He has a bit of everything for a midfielder and cover a lot of ground but he isn't a standout of his age group.

Can see him become a key player for the U21s next season and earn a bit of more hype.

i like him and think he is a good player but dont think he will make it here, or even get a chance. Much better(Rothwell, Pearson, Harrop) midfielders recently didnt get a chance recently so i cant see Redmond getting one but you never know in football.....Blackett and McNair got a chance while Thorpe didnt so there is always a chance.
 
Yeah, unlikely to get a chance. I think Rothwell, Pearson, and Harrop have reached far higher levels. He is a good player though, I was especially impressed with him earlier in the season in the deeper role. I think that is certainly his best position rather than being pushed out wide. Should be a good constant in the u21s next season and who knows might even take similar strides to James Weir.
 
I kinda like him but he will have a good career elsewhere, he's not standout in anything.. decently balanced player though.. Willock has a better chance imo..

I've always liked Willock. His brother is even better.
