It's a well established football meme based on the GTA poster. Everyone knows this. Can't imagine there's any real outrage to be had, other than Milan fans being pissed about Inter having got the 2nd star at their expense.

Probably the only way this would be seen as bad is if it were the reverse and Theo chained up Dumfries.
