Deco (Porto) is the best player in Portugal. Is a right-midfielder who can beat his man. Queiroz could help get him.
If Becks goes, is he the best man to replace him?
Better than Quesarma?

Btw, i notice how we frequently get predicted targets wrong here. Good PR by Utd can help obfuscate targets and help reduce outlays due to ransom-holding factor when Utd come in for someone.
