This is probably stalling our move for Rio. Another 15m for Dacourt and it would put Ridsdale's incoming tally to 24m, which could concievably give him more leverage in holding onto Rio. That said, I think Rio will still come, despite what happens with Dacourt. He's crossed the Rubicon by saying he wants to leave.

Dacourt to L'Equipe...

I'm giving myself another 48 hours from Thursday to negotiate and complete my transfer.

After that, in my head, I won't want to go. Discussions are continuing, and I am affected by time because we're leaving soon with Leeds for a 15-day tour of Australia and Hong Kong.
 
Bowyer 9 m, Dacourt 15m, Rio 25m+

Thats 50m which is a large intake for one season. Interesting to see how much of it Keegan spends on bringing one or two players in as they will need some sufficient replacements.

IMO the sale of Dacourt will not impact the Rio transfer as he has already stated he wants to leave, though it could make them ask for more.

We should also note that the addition of Anelka may turn Liverpool into serious contenders this year. ;)

Well I know it may be painful for you Brits and all, but Hong Kong is kinda under China now as a Specially Administrated Region.

Whats this...Dacourt says the Arse are interested. Has there been some illegal tapping? No the Arse would never do that... :D :D :D :D
 
Wenger actually said he doesn't intend to add any new players until the season starts.

Sounds like a load of nonsence coming out of Dacourt and is agent's mouths.
