I love to watch cooking shows and have seen many of them, Culinary Class Wars might be the best yet. Recently released on Netflix, it's shot in the dramatic elimination style of Physical: 100 and features one hundred elite chefs divided into two classes: white spoons (celebrity chefs) and black spoons (non-celebrity chefs, but still not random people, most often they are restaurant owners). Just finished the final episodes and it was a blast to watch - great judges, a high level of expertise, transparent and exciting rules, cool and relatable participants. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys cooking shows, it's another great example of Korean soft power and how good they got at producing these international hits. Has anyone seen it?

The final two were not the chefs I expected to face off in the last episode, but the winner is deserved and did an excellent job throughout the show. I was very happy for them, not only because they represented the best cuisine globally and it's good it won, but also as they were consistently impressive in all the challenges

Couldn’t go wrong with any of the last 4 for the winner, but didn’t like how the winner just sat and watched while the others were making multiple dishes prior to the final round.

Agreed 100%, the way they played out the semifinals was a bit disappointing, even if the second competition was very exciting to watch.

Still I see that pretty much all of top8 and even more than that immediately made huge media success, restaurants fully booked, Vogue sessions

I'm a sucker for cooking shows in general and after the success of Physical 100 I had to give this a shot.

And I'm glad that I did! It was very entertaining!
