I'm sorry you'll have to explain how this impacts transfer fees.

All I can see is the FIFA preventing deals happening based on whether or not tbh have a particular cert, which has been deemed illegal.
 
Sounds great, especially for small teams that will lose their top talents for even smaller money, if any at all.
It's good that some of the bizarre FIFA/UEFA rules are challenged in court, the outcome however might not be what a lot of clubs wish for.

You understand the consequences if a player has the right to terminate his contract, legally, at any time, yes? Same as you can do with your job.

Imagine if we're signing a player for 50 million and that ingrate doesn't like it in Manchester. Him being able to walk away destroys all squad planning.

Not sure how that ruling will be implemented into the current rules, but it has the potential to significantly change the transfer system as we know it.

Well I didn't get that bit from the tweet because it seemed that the club had terminated the contract but he still couldn't move. I'm reading through the other thread now though.
