All those Argentine connections we have at OT. First Veron, then Friendly with Boca Juniors (also to check out some players for the future) and now Crespo's agent is in England for a POSSIBLE move to OT as Lazio are skint.

Now that Nesta is staying, Crespo is their next marketable player.....

What do you think??? I think he could do quite well at OT to play with Ruud and Ole.

If Crespo and Rio joins us, we are gonna kick some arse (and poo) big time this season.....

Nah, doesn't add anything to what we already have with Ruud and Ole. If anything, we need someone different.

Its Mascardi whos in England huh?Ole is good but Crespo is in the elite if i call it like that.Crespo and RVN would be lethal with his pal Veron serving passes to him.But it is just another rumour as usual.

This agent is in england, partly about Ayala, but partly about the lazio deal we've been trying to pull off with Sorin and Lopez for Veron, but they're sticking over Sorin (he hasn't even played a game for them yet!) apparently, so they're offering us other players they spent too much money on and can't actually afford. Throw in the fact that they owe us over Stam, and have tried to get Veron all season, and some kind of transfer seems possible, but with a lot of hurdles to jump.

Our next big striker move should be for either Little Ronny or Cisse - both of whom would add an extra dimension of creativity and speed to our attack. I think Djibril could knock in 40 goals if he played with our midfield.

Right Piersifal, we'll take Sorin and Castroman for our Stam money. Have them show up for their medicals on Monday please.

We hear a lot of things. What is the situation over in Italy from your perspective, Piersifal.

Is anything mentioned about oustanding debts?

Are any Lazio players genuinely linked with Utd, or is it just paper talk and unfounded speculation?

I dont think Veron's going anywhere...so lets put that Sorin and Crespo for Veron deal away....

Crespo is an excellent player but I think we need a No 9 with speed and skill....and who wont mind warming the bench from time to time....I'm not sure Crespo would want to do that. :)

Crespo has already stated that he wants to stay at Lazio for a longtime.

OOIh Blyth is hear to
but you wanna marry Crespo even. As if UTD need im

Why this love to Castroman he isnt that good.

Crespo would be too expensive. He is verygood but plays similarly to RVN. Not a creator, but possibly one of the most lethal finishers. Alternatively, we should have gone for Nuno Gomes (who Spur is buying for only 4-5 mill.) This is a real bargain for someone who many thought would replace Batistuta at Fio. He might have had an awful time at Fio, but they were in a financial mess. A quality player at rock bottom price, a good bet I think. Can't think of another forward who's a full Intl. player, young and with great skill and this cheap. Even Forlan cost us 7.5!!!

I actually find it very strange that we are playing Boca Juniors. SAF mentioned something along the lines of them being helpful/good partners over the past two years (???).

Can't really understand why TBH. There must be something else involved there, don't you think?

Ok, some official news for you, starving fans: Every Serie A and Serie B team have been accepted for the new season by the italian federation, except Fiorentina and 2 others I can't remember now. They have a week to solve their financial problems, otherwise...BOOOM!

It's a fact that the income/outcome ratio for Serie A money is awful: time for a change, there's no other way out. Tv channels are either going skint or not willing to pay the same prices fot the rights. Nobody is hardly moving from a team to another via cash, but only in exchange for other players. But it seems the same situation all over Europe, isn't it?

Raoul, Sorin and Lopez said they'll call you up when at the airport. Make sure you are there to pick'em up!

Hey Piersifal, what's it with the ultras attacking the press now? Did anyone dare send black reporters to your training ground?

Sorry about the last one, bit of a cock up.
I can't see this one, his wages would blow the roof off the current wage structure.

Thanks Piersifal,

The cash flow situation you mention, is it likely to change? If not, I can see cash rich clubs like Utd, who it seems is able to ride the TV money storm, will be coming in for some of Serie A's top stars over the next few seasons.

Difficult to say, at the moment. Everybody is just saying "the party is over!", and RAI TV offered HALF the sum spent last contract for the prime rights. That tells you a lot. Stay tuned.
Of course Man Utd., being so "rich", could take advantage of the situation...

Some jerks had an argument with two journalists, nothing serious happened, but it's still a shame that some nutcases can annoy and even slap somebody who is doing his job, no matter how bad they wrote about Lazio. Useless twats, they are, not fans.

ps: Please, please don't start over again with that "racist" issue, I am fed up with that shite. Years ago Aaron Winter was a hero, although black. We now have Cesar, brazilian, and nobody ever said a word against him.

No offence meant. You will soon get VERY familiar with it as they are the made up "world exclusive" kings.

Worse, he believes Lazio is our main feeder club.
