Who's your favourite?Least favourite?

I like listening to Harsha Bhogle, Holding, Dujon's a new favourite, Boycott.

I'd happily stuff grass down Tony Greigs throat, as well as Younis.

Bhogle, Holding, Shastri, Boycott are pretty good.

All Indian and Paki commentators are quite shit besides Shastri and Bhogle. Gavaskar's gone senile I think. Never heard Dujon.

Richie Benaud- the Bradman of commentary

David Gower- Eloquent as hell
Harsha Bhogle- incredible passion and knowledge, sharp wit and admirable command of the English language
Mark Nicholas- annoying public school accent but very knowledgable
Bill Lawry- He's a Victorian

Too many crap cricket commentators to mention them individually, but I'd have to at least make reference to Ian Healy and Mark Taylor. Evidently the only prerequisite for entry into the Channel 9 commentary team is 70 test matches for Australia because eloquence, intelligence, wit, incisiveness, impartiality and a basic level of knowledge about international cricket teams apparently isn't.

I suppose David Gower has his moments.

Benaud is class forgot him....Gavaskar is terrible.

I quite enjoyed the commentary in the recent SA-INDIA series...that ESPN team has some excellent ones.
