Commandos 1: Beyond the Call of Duty...... RTS/1999

Commandos 2: Men of Courage................. RTS/2001

Commandos 3: Destination Berlin............... RTS/2003

Commandos 4: Strike Force...................... FPS/2006

This is my best game ever, the first 3 parts are RTS and are all incredible especially 3. the last one is a FPS and I was really disappointed with it cuz it wasn't any good near CoD. I hope there will be a new Commandos part that will go back to the origional RTS.

-So has anyone of you played this game? what you think of it?
-Anyone heared news about a new one?
-Also can anyone recommend a similar strategy game, where I can control a small group of commandos? Iv'e played Company of Heroes and it's great but I want a game like commandos.

i played the second one and was so shit at it i couldnt even finish the first level, i was like 12 at the time though so i might download it and give it a go

Yeah it is a bit hard. but once you get used to it; you will love it.

It's mind boggling, could be fun.

But after a while you know the tips and tricks it's just another do this that and wham bam.

The FPS was quite shite, but the other ones were great fun.

The 1st one was really fun. The second got harder but it still was fun, the FPS was quite shit.

First and Third are probably the best I have ever played.
Finished the first and did 75% of the third. And both times I did nothing else in my life excepting playing them.

Two was a big disappointment and they lost the plot with 4, not commandos at all.

i so sucked at commandos 3... but finished it.. it was a brilliant series before they messed it with the FPS bit
