Everything seems to have gone quiet regarding Mitchell van der Gaag and Steve McClaren coming in.

Any updates on who will be joining the new set up? Would be good to have some confirmation soon. I personally hope both come in.

Just be the odd rumour until the seasons over then I think we will hear a lot coming out the club and fast

Ahh didn’t see this. I take it nothing confirmed though?

Not as of yet. Van der Gaag is wanted by ten Hag but it was also reported that he'd been offered the Ajax job, whilst still preferring to joining ten Hag at United. I guess we'll see once the season in Holland wraps up how this takes shape.

I hope so. How about McClaren? Think the three together would be great.

Getting some very good vibes around the change at the club at the moment. Especially with the scouting network (Bout and Lawlor going and confirmed with Mitchell potentially coming in) and with Ralf speaking very much like his role is becoming defined in the future with the club.

It's very important that Ten Hag gets the management team that he wants. We doomed Ralf to disaster by only allowing him to bring some random failed MLS coach with him.

To be fair, he himself said his first choices weren't available. He brought who he could.

Nothing to do with 'allowing' him. Pretty much anybody else that he would have liked were already in full-time positions so wouldn't leave them for a temporary position here.

Ted lasso and Darren Fletcher are a lethal combination

I was thinking earlier, if McClaren was gonna come in, would be ideal to have him go in now and just get an insight of what is going on etc in the background and then Hag will have a better start when he moves in.

Has anyone joing the coaching team apart from McClaren and Van Der Gaag?

Doesn't seem so. As reported a while back, the training pictures seem to show Van Der Gaag, McClaren and Ramsey as the supporting cast.

I'm curious why we never got confirmation of anyone leaving either, like the Kurt Angle twat. And there's still nothing about Phelan.
