OK, I have some more free time, so let's see who is interested in another CM 01/02 League. It's a long text, sorry, but I want to make all the rules clear.

I will inject 1B into the chosen clubs and set reputation and facilities to maximum quality.

This time, however, you get to choose what players to get. I will take control of the clubs manually to buy the players you choose and also make sure the club doesn't sell players stupidly. No excuses the game is sabotaging your squad. Take into account that sometimes, no matter how much money you throw at a player, he will simply not leave the club. If that happens, tough luck.

Everything else will be done by the game, though. Staff, tactics, lineups and contract renewals will be up to the game, not me. I will also not stop players being sold if they are unhappy because they don't play. If they are playing I will block the transfer.

Because this involves more work, only 10 clubs can be picked. The first 10 people to reply to the thread can pick one of the top 10 clubs and those who join after that will share the club. This means the draft picks will alternate between the club's members. If a club is "controlled" by 3 people, then each person gets to pick once every 3 rounds. Every club needs to have the same number of players, so your choices will be limited by this.

Each person has 24 hours to pick (hopefully it goes aster than that), then the choice moves to the next person. If you miss the deadline 3 consecutive times, you are out of the game. If you are going to be away on a weekend or holiday or whatever, just let me know and I will skip you for that time period.

In the first season we will have 9 drafts so everyone will be able to pick a top player for each position (center backs and forwards will be merged into 1 draft and everyone gets 2 picks in a snake draft). It will take a bit to finish the draft but it's a one time thing.

After that we will have 2 drafts per season.

In the summer every club gets 3 new players. At the end of each season I will show the players ratings so you can see which positions you need better players and you can choose based on that. In the winter window, everyone can pick 1 new player, but all players will be u23 and you have no team ratings info.

The game limits each club to 50 players, so if that limit is reached, you get no picks until the game gets rid of some players. This rarely happens though. Also take into account the PL limits each lineup to 3 non-EU players and 6 total in the club. If you already have 6 you won't be able to pick non-EU players.

In the first round of drafts, the pick order will be decided by the clubs total rating in the game. So United will always pick last, then Arsenal, then Liverpool, etc. After that, the draft will be based on league position, from worst to best.

Step 1 will be to decide who "controls" each club. This phase will end on sunday or if we get 2 people for each club before that. A club can only be controlled by 3 people once all clubs have 2 people. Same logic after that.

The following clubs are available, I will list them in the order they get to pick in the initial drafts:

1. Everton
2. Tottenham Hotspur
3. Aston Villa
4. Newcastle United
5. Ipswich Town
6. Chelsea
7. Leeds United
8. Liverpool
9. Arsenal
10. Manchester United

Well we are drafting players no? So original squad barely matters. Spurs has a high pick every round so why wouldn't we?
 
Btw the 50 player limit won't apply to the first season, otherwise everyone would go over the limit with 11 new players. I will release shit kids for most clubs.

I’d much rather share a club. If you need me to go solo due to lack of interest at a later point I can (but I doubt that will be the case)

I will offer the max amount the game allows, which works 90% of the times, but sometimes there's really nothing you can do. There's a mod to change players manually but it often fecks up the saves, so I won't use it.
