That's my cousins opinion and he's as Red as me...

They'll finish higher than us in the league.

They'll take four points off us...

And they'll turf us out of the cup.

Normally i would have called him a dickhead.

Jesus wept.

We played reasonably well today, excellent at times.

We are extremely under-strength. I believe some of the problems will sort themselves out once we have key players back.

It's only a month into the season ffs.

And if I'm just being an optimist, it's because I prefer to be that way than a pessimist.

It's not just bouncing back everytime, it's about time to start winning important games, even against the weak teams...

Bouncing back? What about winning the league for God's sake! <img src="graemlins/nono.gif" border="0" alt="[No No]" />

Too true, we are playing with a skeleton crew here, especially in midfield. Do you think the arse would be doing as well as they are now minus say Viera, Wiltord, Cole and Silva?

Lol and on a side note, a whole group of me and some mates gathered around to watch the game and we're cheering and carrying on as usual. Until, that is, the team formation came up and the sight of P. Neville in midfield left the room deathly quiet.

The return of Gary Neville will help stabilise things. Man City are a flash in the pan.

I watched City play today. Their defence has got more holes in it than a warehouse full of Swiss cheese.

Hope we play them soon, that would put an end to our current goal drought.

agree.
To be more specific, our injury seems to focus on central midfield :( . Even Arsenal would crack if they now loose Viera and Gilberto on the same time.

TBH, I think he did quite well, considering he played out of position. We're quite good too actually, and if Nicky didn't get injured, I don't think they would won the game
