I think he should played in rotation withy Giggs and Becks because the two regulars have been abit stale so far

From Sky:

Luke Chadwick is ready to quit Manchester United in search of first-team football.

The former England Under-21 winger says he will leave Old Trafford if he fails to break into the first team this season.

Chadwick has been restricted to just a solitary substitute's appearance against Leeds this season and after 13 starts in three years, accepts his United days may be numbered.

He said: "I need to make an impression this season because I am 22 now and need first-team action. If I don't make an impact I will have to look elsewhere."

 How will we cope !

It's a pity but if he still can't make a break through this season, may be it's really the time to let him go.

Is there anyone on this board who actually thinks he is capable of making the breakthrough? I don't.

I do. He always shines in the reserves, he has plenty of talent, and dribbling talent is a rare talent. Why he hasn't bulked up more yet is a real mystery though, one which the coaching and fitness staff are at fault, as they are with a lot of our youngsters - we need to give them more gym work. This quote is really sad imo, even the best of our young midfielders can't break through, he ought to come on as sub more when Becks or Giggs are having one of their frequent off days.

Don't know! At times, he can impress, but at others, he looks bloody awful!. I can't see him getting a run!

Last summer Phil said something like this if I don’t mistake. As we know Phil’s performance is much better now. It looks as if these statements help him to make improvement. If it had an effect on Luke I’d like to hear another player then. Please, Diego, say us something.

i think he should be given more of a chance he is just what we need a giggs like player on the right ..... remeber when BAYERN knocked us out of the CL he came on when we were desperate and he was our best player full of life, skill, pace etc. i think he should stick around.

I cant see Chadwick making at OT, by the time Becks or Giggs move on Chaddy will be about 28 and will have left through boredom, unless he is happy playing off the bench and for the reserves he wont make it, a couple of years ago i thought he could be a real star, now it just doesnt seem the case, if he gets on the gym and bulks up without losing any talent he may suceed, probably somewhere else though.
