Sometimes when I'm using the forum a white screen appears saying:

CGI limits reached, please try again later.

What is this <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

DLE, the cgi timeouts occur because the web host we are using, at times cannot process the amount of data that is being requested via it's cgi bin. The white pages show up until the processes can catch up with the requests.
 
If you are patient it very very rarely happens. What I mean by this is when the CAF seems like it is taking ages to respond, do not hit reload or the same link again. If you wait it is fine.
