He threw a headbutt at Royston before all this. Silly fat idiot.
 
That video starts after the alleged headbutt.
I think the elbow is unintentional and fair play to Micah for stepping in for his mate.

it’s one of those that if the ref gives it, var doesn’t overturn it.
 
I thought I read that the guys nose got broke or he was bleeding a lot from being hit in the nose? It's a pretty soft elbow.

if it was me then i’d have done some sneaky, underground karate moves. and everyone there would have covered their mouths in shock and said “oh my days, i didn’t even know that was some kind of judo move.”

and then this really hot girl would have come over to me. like the fittest girl you’ve ever seen. and then she would have put her hand down my trousers and said “every stroke you last is a million pounds in your bank account.” and then at the end of it i’d still have 0 pounds in my bank account, but everyone there would wish they were as cool as me. and then the bully from my school would turn up and i’d do some boxing on him whilst everyone was cheering.

but that’s just if it happened to me.

I'm all for getting the most out of a pair of jeans - half of mine don't have a crotch - but I reckon these should have been retired about 4 stone ago.
 
Seems a lot of us listen to the Rest is Football :lol: I'm actually starting to like Micah.
