Manchester United are scouting Sporting Lisbon winger Carlos Mane.
The 19-year-old, who has been a revelation for Sporting's B team in the Portuguese second tier and played for them in the NextGen club tournament, has a £1million buy-out clause in his contract.
Mane has been on Sporting's books since the age of seven and made his first-team debut last month.
He has played for Portugal at every age-group level from Under-15s to Under-19s.
The Old Trafford giants have a happy history with buying teenage midfielders from Sporting - they snapped up an 18-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo in 2003.

Here's a vid, doesn't show a great deal of wing play, but certainly seems to have an eye for goal. Probably be criticised for not being Nani in the same way that Nani is criticised for not being Ronaldo.
