Also, Please could a Mod change my Member Status to: 'Indispensible to the team' member

I think only Yaps have managed to get a 'mod-spot' by applying on the Caf... and he had to go through a loooong campaign for that! - Good luck

- and with that 'member status'-thingy... give it up... they'll change it to whatever they want to call you... if they would care to change it!
