Congratulations MU fans, your players proved yesterday that there are strong and solid and that when the machine starts, nothing can stop it.... This Ruud Van Nistelrooy just killed us, this guy is a pain for the other team, a real pain !!! But I am proud of my team who played well, not only defanding but attacking a lot ! We had our chance to score another goals for 2-0 and we didn't take it... Then when MU started to play their real football, it was too late for Basel to get back in the game ! Anyway, that was a good game, with fantastic goals and great ambiance in the stadium (not bad for a swiss team ...)
Congratulations MU ! But do not forget, this was only a battle... and there is another one comming soon in Manchester that time...

Good luck vs Juve and Deportivo !!

and so you shoul be, thats a hell of a team youse have and as long as youse dont become disheartened after last night im sure youll run the other two close.
Youse do seem to tire late on in games though? same happened in the Pool game and nearly cost youse dearly there.

before the next year's comp, we will see you at Old Trafford... we have some time to learn our mistake and get ready for the famous Old Trafford ... I will be in this stadium for the 1st time.. looking forward !

is it basle or basel? excuse my ignorant but i see different spellings everywhere.

Well I think Basel are a credit to football. So are their supporters.

They are entertaining and talented (the team that is, not the supporters, tho they may well be....).

I am sure they are destined for much greater things.

Oh, and I am available for holidays in Switzerland should anyone want to offer accommodation. :)

Anyway, as I said before the match, you'll play a huge role in tipping the balance between the three strong teams in the group. I had you down for high scoring draws with Depor & Juve.
