Wibble was always a joker, what do you mean what's happening though? I've not been around much this week.
 
That explains the endless threads about the election in the mod forum that I haven't been arsed to read. I'm surprised Wibbs has gone like this but to be honest this place has changed over the years and it is sad to see decent posters like Ed, RG, Giggzy, Mannux, Dans, Pat and others quit posting on here because of the inanity of much of the forum.

I would imagine that Wibbs, like myself uses this place to escape the hassles in the real world and when this place starts to become a hassle too it's not worth visiting. Surprised it's so permenant though and can't imagine how destraught Auntie Rua will be if she ever reappears.

No, I've not read all the thread and won't divulge the nature of the arguments but it did get personal and I can see why Wibbs might take this course of action. Doubt it's all GB's fault as Wibbs sounds like he was already disillusioned with the quality of the forum of late, but GB could have worded things a bit more diplomatically while attempting to ban a fellow Mod is more than a little childish.
