What a huge great stinking pile of shite this is. God bless tribalfootball for ignoring the transfer window, United's reluctance to pay big money, the fact that United just signed a new keeper, the fact that he's cup tied in Europe etc etc.
Just thought I'd lower the tone of the transfer forum a little bit more...

Speculation over a Manchester United raid for Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has continued overnight.

In today's Corriere dello Sport it is reported that United are preparing a massive £32 million offer for the Italian No1.

Yesterday it was suggested Juve would be reluctant to part with their charismatic keeper, however today's report suggests a season-long loan could also be on the table when the clubs' representatives meet to discuss the deal.

If Juve don't want to sell why would they even consider a loan deal. They lose their first choice keeper for a season and don't get a penny for him

Lol, sometimes you almost think that the writers there figure noone takes them seriously so they all try to outdo each other.
 
You gotta be kidding me. 32mil for Buffon <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> 1.5 mil Ricardo imo is much better biz. Besides Barthez is back in form so who needs Baboon .

However should the story be true I still think United can go for other keepers like Cuducini, Carini or some other hotshot but hope they dont buy Baboon.
