I love the show. Absorbing dialogue, interesting family dynamic and with some great TV actors such as Rob Lowe (recently left the show), Sally Field and Calista Flockhart.
The missus watches it and I can't stand it. The mother(played by Sally Field) is the most annoying character I've seen on TV in years. Literally every time she opens her mouth I want to poke my ear drums out.
