Bring back the flowing football

What we need is to get the width back in our game.
Why om earth we persist on playing this narrow midfield all the time amazes me.
No beeter site than Beckham and Giggs getting down the flanks and all the midfielders supporting as the crosses come in.
WE WANT MORE WIDTH .

It's the overall thing but YES I agree, many times it comes back down to the basic ... We just aren't playing half as good as we did as far as ball movement and game-flow is concerned. So much so that we said we have the BEST midfield in the world - we just continuously having too much long balls pumped up to no men land ... And hardly any WIDTH to talk abt nowadays !! .. Wing play has been our tradition all these while - are we just gonna give that up or ?!?!? <img src="graemlins/annoyed.gif" border="0" alt="[Annoyed]" />

I don't see Beckham being used as an out and out winger anymore. Shame because his crossing is undeniably his greatest asset.
