Counting the FA Cup Semi-Final, we haven't been able to beat them in 4 matches consecutively (90 minutes).
They have also beaten us both legs in the league this season, a feat not even City could accomplish.

Adding to the list, there are also Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Fulham, Southampton, …

Not exactly a bogey team if we beat them in the cup. They're just a good team and on another day we don't lose that game. I expect if we invest properly this summer, we put that game to bed in the first half.

Wouldn't a bogey team be something you always lose against? We did beat them in a cup final so I wouldn't consider them a bogey team.

Bogey teams are usually some mid to lower table teams that our peers have no problem beating, but we don’t.

I wouldn’t class Brighton as that. They’re much better run than us (albeit with vastly different pressures - what they consider huge success is barely baseline for us) and are a legit good team. Their owner gets involved and have skilled people like Ashworth run them to get where they are now. Our owners absolutely don’t give a feck and just let morons like Woodward run us to get where we are now.

We literally beat them last season under Rangnick and with Ronaldo. Can’t be a bogey team with that.

No...any team that works hard, are organised and give 110% are our bogey team.

We have the collective backbone of a snail. Being a "mentality monster" isnt just about running about and thundering into tackles, its about being brave in possession, pushing high up the pitch to relieve pressure, being clinical when you get chances, not punching away harmless crosses in the 99th minute of a game in a blind panic, not rolling around on the floor when you get a minor knock, not getting booked with stupid retaliation fouls that serve no purpose....i could go on but the point is...our lot are SEVERLEY lacking in the mental department

Hopefully they go down next season.
Why? It would be a big loss to the league. They are a good team, playing some nice football. Deserves not only to be in the league but possibly get into the Europa league.

A team with a half decent striker would have beaten them last night.
How many chances do we need!

Did you watch the game last night? The 'challenges' they were putting in were disgraceful. Not to mention all their play acting and diving.

They do play good football but all my respect for them was lost yesterday. Dirty team. Good on ten Hag for calling them out.

I did. It's up to the referee to punish those "disgraceful" challenges which to be fair we made a few ourselves, including Antony one. Diving? Rashford says hello, he was literally even too embarrassed to appeal for penalty when he realised he failed to make a contact with anyone. Anyway, the point is that each team has their own set of actors, divers etc. Generally they are a good team and surely make the league better. It's hardly their fault we decided to stop playing football in the 2nd half, as the first half was quite entertaining from both sides.
