Brady and King

I'm not too hot on either of them.

Brady seems like an old school winger with potential for the championship or lower Premier League.

Josh King has not impressed greatly on his loan expeditions, I question King's temperament and his ability to step up.

Anytime I've seen Brady I thought he was good. A very gutsy player with loads of energy, he seems to do a lot of chasing down, not letting defenders have much time on the ball to make a clearance etc. Another loan spell but this time to a PL club where he'd get plenty of game time could be the makings of him.

Brady had a good worthwhile loan spell at hull, King had a disaster in Germany with his injury and lack of selection. Still, don't see brady being up to much with us, a useful player but nothing outstanding about him that says "Quality Manchester United winger". King defo has "United" potential though imo, power, pace, technique and scores goals, it remains to be seen how he is now though after his experience in Germany, I would say we will try him on loan again to see if it goes better for him.

He'll be making a good impact in assorted shin-guards, that's for sure.

------

don't forget John Cofie either. he's been something of a forgotten man around here.

<insert obligatory Cofie vs. Dutch coach touchline fracas video>

Both very good talents. Kings got real potential. He's been unlucky. Bradys coming on nicely.

I don't think King has any chance at United.

Brady has a shot, but I don't think he's that good personally. I'm sure he could make a decent PL career for himself at an average PL club. He impressed whilst on loan at Hull. Kevin Kilbane is adamant he should be in the Ireland squad for the Euros, apparently.

Urgh, the King situation is so annoying. Convinced he would've made it here and in a big way if not for injury. Still time, but he'll have some job getting in ahead of Welbeck now. Brady's clearly a good youngster but I don't see the exceptional levels of talent in him that others seem to see.

Kings versatility comes in handy. He's what 19/20? I think a loan to a premiership club would bring him on. He needs games though. We've offloaded Owen and will probably do the same with Berbatov. We want to introduce more speed in the forward line. With Cofie, Keane and King....if none of them made it - it would be a real surprise.
