Well according to the press GH will magically make Bowyer an angel at Liverpool. Probably will knowing Leeds' luck.

This whole episode has taught me that you may support the club but never, ever support a player...they have no loyalty to that club at all...unlike the fans who then become a laughing stock.

I don't know why I worried that Bowyer would go to jail and decimate Leeds' midfield...instead he was found innocent and decided to join Liverpool instead. Thanks Lee.

You can't blame the little thug for having a bit of ambition

Good god such whinging. You should be happy that you got some money out of that little turd.

Davo...a year ago Bowyer's main ambition was to not end up in jail for 5 -10 years.

As for whinging...sorry, but I think after having to deal with the court case since January 2000 as a Leeds fan to finally seeing it resolved by Bowyer signing for Liverpool just hurts a tiny bit. Excuse my whinging but let's just say that if, after all Man Utd fans had supported David Beckham through the hell after the World Cup 98 he decided to sign for Real Madrid as a way to thank the fans for their support you know where I am coming from.

I'm not going to miss Bowyer personally but we all know he is a good player in whatever circumstances do his going definitely hurts the club. As he has done this deliberately after all the support he got it is hard to take. I was in a moral quandry for 2 years supporting him as a Leeds player as I didn't agree with what happened so I feel stupid now for having wasted my time.

I know you all as Liverpool and Man Utd fans don't understand any of this but surely you have some sort of perspective on this that can sympathise rather than gloat...you know maybe in a personal sense rather than a footballing one? Your responses are childish to say the least...and not very enlightening.

I know..I agree with you really, but there is 2 sides..

Should Bowyer remain at Leeds forever out of a sense of loyalty due to their support? He's obviously fallen out with PR..to what extent we don't know...

Anyway, he's a tosser...but is a very good player...hopefully we'll see the second part only

Hi elmo....As you know I am one of Bowyers biggest fans and I too feel let down by his leaving after all he has said. Actions speak louder than words though and we must move on - I think also we have a lot to thank Lee for and I for one will miss him.

If it wasn't for his relationship with PR going sour we all know he would still be at Leeds. But life goes on and we wil have to see who comes in to replace him and Ollie who I presume will be the next to move.

It is true to say that players come and go but the club is always there but I wish Bowyer well and it might seem strange to say but I am quietly looking forward to seeing him run out for Liverpool......I shall be at Anfield on the 2nd Sept to see them play Newcastle and can't wait to see how the Liverpool fans cheer their new found KKK member....oooops sorry hero.

What does your brother think of the signing?

Remember elmo.....
