I'm sure this is just more propaganda from the press. Surely there's no way a small team like Arsenal can match the might of Man Utd:

Bookie pays out on Arsenal title
It might not be quite all over, but three games before the end of the Premiership an Irish bookmaker has decided to pay out on Arsenal clinching the title anyway.
Paddy Power has closed its book on the North London side and paid out to all customers backing them to win the title. The bookmaker said the decision had cost it a "substantial sum".
With crucial games still to be played, including Arsenal versus Manchester United, the decision could backfire on the Irish bookmaker. In the 1995/96 season Newcastle United held a 12 point lead with 13 games left and looked certain to win the Premiership. But a disastrous finish saw Manchester United win the title by four points.
This year Arsenal are four points clear of their closest rival, Liverpool, and five points ahead of Manchester United. Liverpool has the easiest run-in of the three teams, however Arsenal's advantage means they can afford to drop one of their last three games against Bolton, Manchester United or Everton.
Paul Ryan, Paddy Power spokesman, said the offer was a big risk for the company. "But that's what betting is all about. There's no reason why punters should take all the risks. It's up to bookmakers to make things more exciting by going out on a limb occasionally."
The bookie has also released early odds on next year's Premiership, and despite the fact they could be trophyless this year, Manchester United are 6-4 favourites. Arsenal are second favourites at 2-1.
